Responsibilities
  • Understand companies’ marketing challenges and propose solutions built around Tonakai
  • Drive deals from demo and trial through to contract and rollout
  • Onboarding and adoption support after rollout, working with AM and CS
  • Bring customer feedback to the product team
Requirements
  • Fluent daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • B2B sales experience in SaaS or IT solutions
  • Able to structure customer problems and design solutions with the product
  • Welcome: knowledge of marketing and advertising; negotiating in English or Chinese
Salary
  • Monthly salary ¥300,000–¥460,000 (based on experience and skills)

  • Business-level Japanese or above required. Bilingual Japanese/Chinese, Korean or English welcome
  • Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience. With less, show your interest and ability to learn through your work
