Responsibilities
  • Run Tonakai operations and onboard clients and creators
  • Plan and run growth initiatives such as acquisition and activation
  • Analyze usage data and propose product improvements
  • Organize and automate workflows
Requirements
  • Fluent daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Experience in product operations, growth or customer success
  • Able to form hypotheses from data and test them quickly
Salary
  • Monthly salary ¥300,000–¥460,000 (based on experience and skills)

  • Business-level Japanese or above required. Bilingual Japanese/Chinese, Korean or English welcome
  • Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience. With less, show your interest and ability to learn through your work
