Responsibilities
- Cash flow and funding management
- Accounts receivable and payable management
- Monthly closing and management accounting
- Coordinate with tax accountants and external partners
Requirements
- Fluent daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Hands-on accounting and finance experience
- Japan Chamber of Commerce Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
- Preferred: business-level Chinese or English
- Part-time staff must also be able to work on weekdays at our Ebisu office (no remote work)
Salary
- ¥300,000–460,000/month (full-time)
- Part-time: around ¥2,000/hr (based on skills and experience)
