Responsibilities
  • Win new AI, tech and consumer brand clients
  • Propose and close Japan GTM / creator marketing deals
  • Clarify client challenges and design proposals
  • Launch projects in collaboration with internal teams
Requirements
  • Fluent daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Business-level Japanese (full-time / intern)
  • Preferred: experience negotiating deals in English or Chinese
  • Side-job / freelance participation is also welcome. Even if your Japanese is limited, if you can communicate smoothly in Chinese and have industry resources (company network, referrals, etc.), please get in touch
Salary
  • Monthly salary ¥300,000–¥460,000 (based on experience and skills)
  • Side job / freelance: set individually based on scope and results
Before you apply
  • Ebisu office, Tokyo (on-site)
  • Business-level Japanese or above required (for side-job / freelance, Chinese communication plus industry resources is also acceptable). Bilingual Japanese/Chinese, Korean or English welcome
  • Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience. With less, show your interest and ability to learn through your work
  • Non-Japanese nationals need a status of residence that permits work
